Ratcliffe College is very pleased with its A Level results. A record 40% of all results are at grade A, the pass rate is 99%, while 40% of the Year group achieved all A and B grades in their three or four subjects. Many students also obtained additional AS qualifications.
The best individual results are by the following students who each achieved A grades in all their
A Level subjects:
Laura Birtwistle, Benjamin Brown, James Charnock, Katjana Cleasby, David Gisborn, Alizae Ismail, Timothy Ledsam, Zoe Leung, Zan Li, Rachael McMillan, Christopher Waymont and Amy Williams.
Headmaster, Peter Farrar, commented:
“I am delighted that, in my final year as Headmaster at Ratcliffe, Year 13 students achieved such a strong overall set of A Level results. It has been a memorable year for this particular group in terms of their achievements in extra-curricular activities, especially sport, and I am pleased that it has now been complemented by academic success.
