The meeting was opened by chairman John Lee who asked members to be upstanding for a  minutes silence in memory of Mick Eames who had been a club stalwart for many years, Mick passed away recently.
Mr Lee went on to congratulate Barkbys teams, and said it had been the most successful season ever.
He said the club was on a sound position financially, but the new pavilion had to be put on hold as one of the clubs main investors in the project, had ceased trading.
Reports were given by all team captains on the last season.
The club conveyed their thanks to Mo Maher and David Davies two of last seasons outstanding players, who through business reasons had returned Mo to South Africa and David to New Zealand.
Alison Kirk was thanked for providing the wonderful teas and arranging the tea rota.
Mark Tebbatt reported on the thriving junior side of the club and next season are running a team for under seventeen’s.
Officers elected for season 2010 were, Chairman John Lee, Secretary Russ Munden, Treasurer Mark Hall, Patron John Pochin, President James Johnson, Director of cricket Nick Dutton, Assistant Director John Hollis, Junior cricket manager Mark Tebbatt, Ground manager Craig Hendry, Press officer Hugh Asher, Welfare officer Alison Kirk.
Captains elected: Saturday 1st team Craig Hendry. Saturday 2nd team Peter Grant. Sunday 1st team John Lee (junior). Sunday 2nd team Nick Dutton. Burrough League Mark Skinner.
