President Shirley Franklin welcomed members to the July meeting. The speaker for the evening was Pamela Lenthall, who talked about ‘The benefits of Aloe Vera’. There was a display of various products and members were invited to try out or buy different creams and gels which can alleviate a variety of skin conditions and problems. There was also a chance to taste an all-round health tonic drink which contains at least 75 natural ingredients. This drink is beneficial to people with joint problems. There are over 300 types of Aloe Vera so the range is very comprehensive.
