The league season has ended for Syston Chess Club, one which has seen great success for the club. The first team won Division 3 and thus gained promotion to Division 2, whilst the second team won Division 4 and replaces the first team in Division 3. The County Challenger cup was won by Steve Wylie.
After all the cups, medals and trophies had been awarded the room settled down as everyone took their place and the games began!
