Eleanor is Now a Licenced Qualified Rugby Coach

It has been a big year in rugby terms for Syston resident, Eleanor Wilkinson, pictured.
Sixteen-year-old Eleanor completed the three day RFU level 2 coaching course and she is now licensed, qualified rugby coach and as such she has been coaching for Ashby RFC girls teams and for Market Harborough RFC girls u13 team.
Eleanor is also a fully qualified rugby referee and she is now a full member of the Leicestershire Society of Rugby Union Referees after completing her probationary period and being presented with her kit from the society president, as shown in the picture. This means that she can now be appointed to referee matches across the county and she has already been in charge of matches at clubs including Syston, Oakham, Hinckley and Market Harborough.
Eleanor still plays rugby for Market Harborough girls u18 and she has recently made an appearance as a guest on BBC Radio Leicester on The Leicester Tigers Show with Martin Ballard to talk all things rugby.
