Weight Watchers Member Warned That She Would Be Dead by 55 If She Didn’t Lose Some Weight!

WW (the new Weight Watchers) member Caroline Green has lost seven stone so far since joining her local Syston Workshop in 2017. Caroline who works for the Local Authority says that “I was persistently poorly with chest infections, coughs and colds. I also had high blood pressure and blood sugars”.
Caroline joined her local WW Workshop in Syston and is now more confident, happier and living a full and active life thanks to following the WW Freestyle programme.

Caroline who also suffers from asthma explains that it was a trip to her local GP when she finally realised that something had to change. “I went in to see her and she said that I desperately needed to lose some weight otherwise I wouldn’t make 55! I was so frightened that I joined WW”.
Now, thanks to the weight loss, Caroline is a local celebrity at her Doctors surgery in Syston. She says “I now run four or five times a week. I lead a healthier lifestyle by following WW Freestyle. The best thing for me though is that my asthma has improved. Also, my blood pressure and blood sugars and cholesterol are all in the safe limits. The remarkable thing is that almost straight away after I joined WW I started to feel better. My coughs and colds became less regular – I didn’t have to get to goal to make that happen. Just a few small changed in my diet and lifestyle”.
Syston member continues:
“I now drink more water and enjoy healthy balanced meals by filling up on fruit and vegetables. I still enjoy eating out with my friends and family. The amazing WW App makes it so easy. Nando’s and Pizza Express are my favourite places to go out to dine as the meals are easy to track and the food is filling and delicious. The recipes that you have on the WW App are really fresh and keep inspiring me! Most recently I have loved the Alison Hammond pancakes and I am having
them every day at the moment”!
Caroline credits the support she received from her amazing WW Coach Katie Jones as the reason why she has been able to not only lose the weight but also maintain her healthy lifestyle. “Katie is so  kind, caring and supportive. She is always there when you need her. She’s very good at knowing the individual person. I also love the different topics we talk about every week in the Workshop. Katie has helped me feel confident enough to share my thoughts with the group. I have sat and cried in the Workshop’s and everyone including Katie has been there to support and see me through it. She’s just brilliant!
