HUMBLEDRUMS
Syston Methodist Church Centre, High Street. Alternate Fridays from 6.30pm until 8.30pm. Next meeting is 7th September. Everyone is welcome, including children (supervised by an adult). No experience is necessary and drums are provided. Drumming is an excellent way to de-stress, improve immune systems, chronic pain and improves a range of health issues.

A Coffee Morning in aid of the County Air Ambulance Service will be held at 67 Main Street, Queniborough on Wednesday 21st May from 10.00am until 12noon. Home-made cakes, plant stall, bring and buy, book stall and raffle. All donations very welcome. Admission £1.

Cancer Research UK Syston Support Group will be holding its annual Spring Fair on Saturday 10th May at the Syston Methodist Church Centre May from 10.00am until 12.30pm. Stalls include cakes, crafts, cards, new and nearly new, a raffle and a tombola. Refreshments will be available. Admission is by donation.

HELP A HEDGEHOG DAY
The annual Help a Hedgehog Day will be held this year on Sunday 1st June at 5 Barkby Road, Queniborough from 11.00am until 4.00pm. There will be teas, a Grand Raffle, crafts, tombola, plants and preserves. Come and see hedgehogs in our care. Please help us to help our wildlife. We need your support to do our work.
