We have been reporting and supporting the community of Syston, Leicestershire and the surrounding villages since our inception in 1996, and our readership is increasing year on year. We currently publish 7,400 copies per issue. The reason for this is that we publish articles that are directly related to our readership and they tell us how much they like or dislike what we include.  Many of our advertisers have been with us since we started back in 1996 and maintain that it is the only place to advertise as they know the paper will be read and remain in the household until the next one is published.  This means that they are prominent for a lot longer than other forms of advertising which drops through households doors. We also distribute copies through public outlets such as libraries, schools, pub and clubs, leisure centres, large retail outlets etc. Our publication is also registered with the British Library and carries an ISSN number as shown on the sample front page below and next to the date above right. From May 2011 the newspaper has been printed in high quality full colour. Everything produced in the Newspaper is copyright protected and may not be reproduced without our permission.

To compliment the printed version we have our website which is updated between issues as well as our facebook page and twitter, which means we can communicating instantly with our local community.

The Newspaper is also available to read on line on PC, Tablet or Mobile through the free app ISSUU, this enables readers from outside our paper distribution to enjoy reading this Great Little Paper and gives our advertisers an online presence at no extra cost.

We can produce artwork for you or you can submit your own, which we will ensure meets all advertising standards and agree with you before publishing. Copyright applies.

We offer full colour advertising on a gloss finish paper.

We also offer on-line advertising through our green pages section, £80 per year or free to those who advertise in the publication.
