DESCRIPTION:Food lovers will be able to sample the region’s finest culinary delights at a brand new food and drink festival taking place in Syston this year.\nThe first Syston Food Festival will showcase the best the region has to offer in the way of quality produce. Taking place on Sunday 25th August\, the event has over 50 exhibitors with hot food\, samples and demonstrations creating an explosion of sights and smells to tantalise the taste buds. There will be dozens of unique and artisan traders from hand made fudge\, delicious tray bakes and preserves to organic meat\, pies\, pickles and pates\,\nThe event is organised by Food Gusto\, who have been running successful festivals and events in Ashby de la Zouch and Tamworth since 2010. It will be set in the picturesque Central Park in the centre of Syston just seven miles from the centre of Leicester.
