Syston Band News

The carol books have been found, the baubles buffed to a fine shine, Santa hats brought out from the back of the cupboard – it’s carolling time again
Christmas is always the busiest time in any brass band calendar, and there’s nothing like carols played by a brass band to put you in the seasonal spirit. There will be plenty of opportunities throughout the month to enjoy the band as they play around the town; not to mention their Christmas Concert, this year under the baton of new Musical Director Colin Jones.
