Runday is excited to announce a start date for their first beginners run group of 2021.

The 10 week beginners run course starts w/c 11th January, and for the first time, the morning and evening beginners groups will be aligned, meaning that you can join whichever session times work for you each week.

Runday founder Michelle Findon said “For most of 2020 we’ve had morning and evening sessions for our improvers, meaning that many people can fit 2 or even 3 group runs in a week, around their work and family commitments”. She added “I’m really excited to start the January morning and evening beginners courses in the same week as it will make us accessible to even more people wanting to start to run”

“We’ve had so many shift workers get in touch and we can now offer a way for them to join us. It’s hard for people juggling work and a family to carve out exercise time for themselves, but with so many people working flexible hours now or even part time, lots of our runners can stay on track by mixing morning and evening sessions across the week”

At the time of writing Runday has just celebrated their first birthday! Going from 3 group sessions each week, to now 10 group runs each and every week!

Runday is a Syston based run group meeting weekday mornings and evenings with sessions for complete beginners as well as their increasingly popular improvers run sessions.

Linda joined Runday in January of this year and has continued to run 3 times each week. “I am still amazed that I can run for 30 minutes relatively comfortably” My family think Runday has achieved a miracle!”
