Birstall and District Art Society (BADAS)
BADAS have the following forthcoming demonstration events:
Tuesday 10th May: David Wilcox – musician playing guitar in watercolour (an example of David’s work is shown above)
Tuesday 14th June: Tas Severis – a coastal scene in acrylic using a palette knife.
All demonstrations take place at the Palmer-Tomkinson Centre, Cedars Academy from 7.00 to 9.00pm. Visitors are welcome at a cost of £4.00.
We are a friendly group and currently have some vacancies for membership. As well as the monthly demonstration evenings, we get together for Friday morning painting sessions and there is an opportunity to sign up for Monday classes.
We also run trips, plein air sketching sessions and social events. As a member, you can also participate in our prestigious annual exhibition.
