The latest customer satisfaction survey to gather feedback from residents on the Council’s refuse and recycling services is now open.
The customer satisfaction survey in Charnwood has previously been completed four times a year over the telephone but moved to an online questionnaire last year.
The survey gives 200 residents an opportunity to provide feedback on the Council’s refuse and recycling services over the last quarter including waste collections, bulky waste item collections and street cleansing.
The feedback is used to monitor the performance of the service across the borough.
The online survey only requires a maximum of 200 responses each time. This ensures it is consistent with the phone surveys which have been carried out in previous years.
The questionnaire should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete and will close when 200 responses have been reached.
