Rearsby Village Hall Table Tennis Club

How many people in the district are aware of the Table Tennis club that is based in Rearsby Village Hall?
We meet Monday and Wednesday 1.30pm to 4.00pm, also Friday 6.00pm to 8.30pm. There is an annual membership fee to join (£5.00) and payment is £25.00 per quarter to play as many times as you like or £15.00 per quarter to play on Fridays only. The standard of play caters for all levels and play is purely on a social basis.
If you are at the stage where tennis, football, rugby or other more active sports are not for you, this is the ideal chance to keep fit and have some fun. Whatever your level of play you will be helped and guided by members who are only too happy to help. We play mixed doubles using 4 tables and, depending on numbers, single play is possible. The facilities in the hall are excellent; all you need is some suitable shoes as we can lend you a bat to start off with.
It is well known fact that playing an active sport like table tennis is very beneficial to your general well-being. If anyone is interested, we have memberships available at the moment. You are very welcome to come and have a go before deciding to join. Just come along to one of the sessions and give it a try!
