Vandalism at Syston Station

The pictures above and below show the vandalism and rubbish that is not only disgusting but it has cost us, the Station Adopters who are all volunteers, an award for the best kept station.
This wonderful team of volunteers work hard all year for the benefit of the community and this is how they reward our efforts!
The rubbish is not consistent with normal railway travellers, it consisted of beer bottles, beer cans, food cartons and a coat. There are four litter bins which were all full and they are emptied twice a week by network rail and the station volunteer adopters. On a Sunday we have had human excrement left by our tool shed and the latest a dead rat! Both Leicestershire Police and the Railway police have been informed.
As Stn is one of the station adopters sponsors we are appalled and disgusted by this behaviour and would appreciate if anyone saw those responsible for this unnecessary damage to report it to Syston Police via 101.
