Ratcliffe Chorale
Do you enjoy singing?
Have you ever considered joining a choir?
Come along and give us a try. The Ratcliffe Chorale was established in 1994 so is celebrating it’s 30 year anniversary this year. Although we are a non-auditioned choir with no requirement to read music, our members range from inexperienced singers to competent musicians and we all enjoy singing a wide variety of music, both accompanied and acapella.
The Chorale performs six concerts every year raising funds for various charities. We provide all sheet music and guide tracks to help you learn and enable you to practice at home….. doing the washing up, gardening, out for a walk or in the car.
We rehearse during term time on Monday evenings, 7pm to 8.45pm, at Syston Methodist Church, High Street Syston.
Research shows that there are physical, emotional and social benefits from singing in a group.
The Chorale enables you to meet new people, it brings people together and encourages a sense of community, it offers a forum for fun and laughter and provides support to learn new skills. All will be made welcome.
