The plot is thickening down at Syston QT Theatre Group, and we have extra details to reveal…
…Firstly, our cast and crew now really look the part thanks to the kind donation from Second Time Around in Syston last September. Part of the £400 we received has gone towards kitting us out in some branded clothing. Here are a few of us modelling the new polo shirts that EG Clothing in Barrow Upon Soar have produced for us. We’ve also had some hoodies made, which will keep us nice and toasty in rehearsals until the warmer weather comes along! Thanks again to Second Time Around for their generous donation and to EG Clothing for a super job done on our new QT kit – we’re certainly dressed to kill for our upcoming thriller comedy plays!
Which leads us nicely on to our second bit of news to share, rehearsals are in full flow for our May Mysteries – ‘Bang You’re Dead!’ by Paul Reakes, and ‘Something Wicked This Way Comes’ by Leigh White. There’s been a twist to the tale since last month though…the part previously advertised in ‘Something Wicked This Way Comes’ as ‘Trevor’ and played by Jack Marlowe will now take the form of ‘Trisha’ and will be performed by Jo Gallagher. Our final revelation is that we’re thrilled to announce that show tickets are now available! And for the first time in Syston QT Theatre Group’s history, you’re now able to book your tickets online from our website! So, it’s even easier to make sure you don’t miss any of our shows.
