Donated Sand Available to Residents Affected by Flooding

A large quantity of sand has been donated by a local company for the residents of Syston to use to fill bags to help prevent water entering into their homes at times of flood.
The council has instructed Neil, the estates officer and the estates staff to help residents use this sand. You will need to provide your own bags and for vulnerable residents they can help to fill the bags and deliver them to you.
