Team 3G’s Fundraiser for LOROS
Team 3G finally completed their ‘journeys’ for LOROS.
Because of Maureen’s increasing health problems towards the end of the journey in July, Rachael had to pedal extra miles to complete their combined virtual journey of the Scottish North Coast 500, a total between them of 1032 miles.
Faith, as promised, carried on cycling and walking until the end of August, determined to surpass the 100-mile mark. She ended up completing 121 miles giving Team 3G a grand total of 1153 miles!
They would like to thank everybody who supported them on their ‘journeys’ and are pleased to have raised £365 for LOROS.
It is 26 years since Maureen’s husband Jim passed away in LOROS, and it will always be a charity which remains so close to their hearts.
