The Friends of Belgrave Cemetery

The last action of Friends of Belgrave Cemetery was to plant a flowering cherry tree to recognise the hundreds of stillborn children at rest in the cemetery.
On Sunday, former members of the group and a representative of the SANDS stillbirth charity unveiled a brass plaque. The hope is that the tree becomes a focal point for visitors who have experienced this distressing situation.
