Syston’s Archie Wollaston Won His First Belt in Boxing
Your editor had the privilege to meet Archie on High Street, Saturday 13th June. The morning after he became the lightweight ICB Area Champion when he won in Ripley.
He wanted to have a photograph of himself with his Belt, alongside his knitted version created by Syston Knitting Banxy (SKB) wishing him good luck.
He was very pleased to have been immortalised in wool.
Archie turns 21 this year and said he has been boxing for nine years, he trains at his brother’s gym in Loughborough called Team Wolf Fight Team. He trains six days a week as well as working full time.
