HPLC Celebrates 10 Years in Style

Having celebrated their 10th anniversary in November last year, on a whim Heather Philip decided to enter the company into the Small Conveyancing Firm of the Year category of the LFS Conveyancing Awards.
The award was based on a mystery shop, a selection of questions regarding conveyancing and the firm’s outlook on issues presented to the business, a questionnaire on the technical side of conveyancing and a telephone interview with one of the judges.
The whole of HPLC were excited when they were told that they had been shortlisted to the final seven and even more so when they realised that the completion for their category was national rather than regional.
The results were announced at a gala dinner, see official photograph below, and Heather, third right, Bethan, Charlotte and Shawnee were all in a state of shock and disbelief when HPLC Conveyancing were announced as overall winners of their category.
Heather says that the ward is the highlight of her career in conveyancing and makes all the hard work over many years worthwhile. She said it is a reflection on the dedication of her staff and the way HPLC interacts with its clients, and they are all overwhelmed and proud to have won the award.
