Wild Bird Feeding Advice from The Watermead Rangers

In very cold weather extra food can be helpful in small quantities. It is advisable to only feed ducks/swans in the water (to stop them getting attacked). DO NOT feed bread/chips/cereals etc as it is unsuitable for them and can cause multiple health problems for them down the line and please take all litter home. Use a good duck/swan food and enjoy.
