Spectrum Sensory Sports CIC
In early 2022 Spectrum Sports will be starting to deliver their SPORTS & SENSORY provisions for children and young people who have special needs because of physical or learning difficulties, disabilities or ADHD and Autism.
The owners of Spectrum Sensory Sports recognised the lack of provisions available in Leicestershire to encourage physical activity for children and young people with these needs.
Spectrum Sensory Sports are keen to develop new ways to engage with this cohort by delivering a variety of sports which incorporate sensory stimulators for ages ranging from four to 21 years.
Tailored sports and physical activity sessions will aim to:
Increase confidence, improve mental health and well being, improve physical health and improve social skills.
Community Events:
Spectrum Sensory Sports will be running events which encourage physical activity and aim to raise awareness about the challenges faced by people living with physical or learning disabilities or difficulties.

Spectrum Sensory Sports CIC are fund raising for equipment for our unique sensory sports classes for inclusion sports. They climbed Ben Nevis to the summit on the 21st January.
