Platinum Wedding Anniversary

On the 6th September 1952, Dennis and Mary Bevan were married in Lutterworth Parish Church and have lived in Syston for many years. They are celebrating their 70th Anniversary (Platinum) this year.
What a year to celebrate it with the Queen’s celebrating her Platinum Jubilee, they had received cards from her Majesty for their Golden (50th) and their Diamond (60th) anniversaries and are looking forward to receiving one for this very special year.
This lovely couple will be celebrating with their family on the day, they have three sons and ten grandchildren and great grandchildren – so it is going to be a busy day for them both.
We wish them both a very Happy Anniversary for the 6th September.
