Easter Joy at Syston Baptist Church

Syston Baptist Church was buzzing with life and joy this Easter as we welcomed our community to celebrate the season with us.
Our Good Friday coffee morning was a great success, with plenty of friendly faces enjoying coffee, conversation and of course, hot cross buns! Families joined in the fun with a lively Easter craft session, an exciting egg hunt and a surprise visit from the Easter Bunny that brought smiles all round. Later that day, we shared in a reflective and meaningful Good Friday communion service.
Easter Sunday began with breakfast together and a joyful family service featuring contributions from the children which helped us all pause and reflect on the true meaning of Easter: the hope and new life found in Jesus.
May marked the successful launch of a brand-new ladies’ craft and fellowship group, Sisters in Stitches. It was a joyful morning filled with creativity, conversation and connection and we’re excited for all that’s to come as the group continues to grow.
We’d love to welcome you to our regular Sunday services at 10:30am. We run Sunday School every week during the service except for during our family services on the last Sunday of each month, which are designed to be all-age friendly.
