A Little Background First
We began working for the big multiples where, to us, the service felt impersonal, rushed and target led. Consequently, as a result of wanting to provide a more personalised service without the constraints of commercialised selling of spectacles, we decided to open our own practices where we were able to provide the quality of eye care that we felt was more appropriate to our ethos.
As a result of providing an honest, caring, personal service alongside traditional values, our practices have grown from strength to strength and we help look after the eyecare needs of 21,000 patients and even have three generations of the same family visiting us !!
