Jubilee Practice Patients Participation Group

This group has been providing feedback to the practice for eight years.
They are now recruiting new members, particularly under represented are people under 50 years.
The group meets just once a month, currently during the day but they can be flexible and will accommodate members.
If you are under 50 years old and can spare an hour each month the group would like to hear from you.
