Watermead Park Litter Pick

On Saturday 10th October members of Wreake Valley Rotary Club visited Watermead Country Park to carry out a litter pick. Members collected seven bin bags of waste.

Club president, Kathryn Gregory commented: “We hold our annual Watermead Challenge charity run in the park and felt we wanted to give something back as a thank you to the park ranger and authorities for allowing us to use their lovely facility every year free of charge. Whilst seven bags may only be the tip of the iceberg, every little helps!”
