90th Birthday Celebrations
Meg Hendry celebrated her 90th birthday on Friday 9th September, the day before her actual birthday on 10th September.
Meg and her family held a celebration at the Malt House Suite, Syston Conservative Club, which they all enjoyed.
Her son, Tim had arranged for some of the members of Syston Band to attend to play a few tunes plus happy birthday to Meg, she was thrilled.
Most of you will know both Meg and Bob for the years of service they have given to the town for the Royal British Legion and the Carnival and we must mention that Bob will be 90 years old on 7th February 2023.
It is lovely to share with you all this celebration of Meg’s 90th Birthday and we wish her many more.
