Local Home Care Company Say a Big Thank You to Their Team
The caring team at Home Instead Charnwood, Loughborough and Coalville held an afternoon tea party to celebrate the great work and commitment shown by their team of care professionals.
Held on the 1st of November, the event was an opportunity for the team to come together and feel looked after, much like they do day to day for their clients. It was also in recognition of the recent PEAQ (Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality) survey which their care professionals took part in.
The survey enables Home Instead to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to providing outstanding care, so the day involved cream teas, cakes and nibbles along with a pamper room for the care professionals to enjoy and feel truly pampered.
Amie Keightley, care professional at Home Instead Central Charnwood, Loughborough and Coalville commented: “It was such a lovely day, to feel so appreciated for the work we do is amazing. I love caring for others, but to have a day where I felt like the one being looked after was a real treat!”.
