Healing Touch Reflexology reopens in Queniborough

After 14 weeks closed due to the lockdown, I am delighted to be able to reopen my doors at Barley Fields in Queniborough. Operating under the same Covid-19 Protocols as before, my aim is to make safety a priority, whilst providing a relaxing and healing experience. YOU decide how to divide the time: 45 minutes on your face then 15 minutes on feet or vice versa? This treatment aims to help de-stress, rebalance and rejuvenate both inside and out! A great way to blow away the cobwebs and feel calmer and refreshed.
NEW – Hot Herbal Compresses
Herbal compresses are renowned for their relaxing qualities, whilst the herbs themselves can improve blood circulation to promote wellbeing.
A muslin cloth is infused with herbs, flowers and spices and is then steamed to release their medicinal properties. Your therapist will use the compresses across your face, neck, shoulders or feet, creating a circular movement to aid the release of toxins and allow heat to penetrate whilst soothing aching muscles or stiff joints. A unique blend of herbs such as kaffir lime leaves (an antioxidant that reduces congestion) or liquorice powder (diminishes dark circles under eyes) are among a range of herbs used in your compresses.
Hot Herbal Compresses will be applied as part of your foot or facial reflexology treatment…and the best part is:you can keep your compress after and continue to use it at home to prolong the benefits.

Simply ring or email me. If you have NOT been before, I will set up a half hour telephone consultation to go through your medical history with you. Then we’ll book your 1-hour reflexology session. Your main dilemma will be which treatment to opt for!!
