The Merton Primary School Waste Warriors

The year two children have been learning about waste and how to reduce it.
The children are Waste Warriors and are trying to raise awareness about waste to help reduce it.
They have been inspired by the Singaporean artist Tan Zi Xi’s ‘Plastic Ocean’ exhibit and showcased their own sculptures made of recycled materials in a mini exhibition to parents and family members.
Their teacher sent the pictures in this article to show what the children had achieved.
